• Easy homestay reserves the right to refuse any application

• Easy homestay will not pass any information to third parties

• An offer will only be made upon completion of the submission form

• Payment can be made by Paypal or bank transfer

• A 3% charge is made on all payments to cover bank and Paypal charges

• All bank charges must be paid for in your own country

• A deposit of 1 week will confirm the booking

• The balance of payment is required 4 weeks before the arrival date

• Easy homestay reserves the right to work with agents

• Persons under 18 are classed as juniors and can only be accommodated in specially registered homes usually in zones 4 & 5.

• No refund will be made for stays cut short for whatever reason

• Every attempt will be made to match the client with the host. In the unlikely event that the client is unhappy with the host we will find alternative accommodation
